Peer Review Process
Every article received by the editorial board is first subjected to an initial assessment by the board to ensure that the scope, depth, and content of the article is in alignment with the standards of the Sped Journal of Computing and Science Education. All papers that meet the minimum conditions for publication are checked for plagiarism before they are sent for blind peer review. Articles that fail to meet the journal’s condition for publication or whose similarity index is greater than 25% is returned to its author. Reviewers evaluate articles and make recommendation that the article be accepted or rejected. The reviewer also provides information/comments that will help the author improve the quality of the article. The decision to either accept or reject a paper by the board is based on the reviewers’ recommendations. However, the board can reject an article that is found to violate copyrights, even if it the review’s feedback is positive.
